About Us

The Burlington Machine Knitters Guild is a group of people who are dedicated to keeping the art and craft of machine knitting alive and flourishing. We do this by a variety of means including guest speakers, member demonstrations, field trips, video displays and group discussion.

Members help and encourage each other by providing support and helpful tips and advice. Our members include all skill levels from beginner to highly skilled teachers and designers. We knit on all makes and models of machines.

Our guild lending library which consists of knitting machine books, magazines, pattern/stitch books and DVDs are for personal use only and are not to be copied nor shared without the copyright holder’s written permission. It is the policy of the Burlington Machine Knitters Guild that no published materials may be copied nor distributed by members or at any meeting demos.
